HPI Racing 101712 Flux Rage 80A Brushless ESC for 1/8th
HPI Racing 101712 Flux Rage 80A Brushless ESC for 1/8th
DESCRIPTION
Fit your car or truck with the latest high-power speed controller from the HPI Flux range!
The Flux Rage is a tough 1/8th scale brushless ESC that's designed to take the rigors of rallycross buggy and truggy racing and bashing. Run this speedo to its limits and it just keeps coming back for more! Have a blast with the normal forward/reverse/brake mode or switch it into race mode for maximum power - you can even use this in powerful crawling machines with the forward/reverse only mode for no braking action!
Fully programmable ABS, drag brake, braking force, reverse force, motor timing and punch allows you to totally customize the feel of the Rage to your driving style and needs. You can even use the HPI #101856 programmer to make the adjustments even easier.
A low-voltage cut-off protects the battery pack, and the controller is protected by a thermostat that automatically shuts it down in the case of overheating.

NOTE: NOT WATERPROOF!
Before driving in wet conditions, make sure that all electronics fitted to the vehicle are safe to use (marked as water-resistant or waterproof), or that they are fully enclosed and protected from water and moisture (such as in a sealed receiver/battery case). Fans mounted on speed controllers are not water resistant - we recommend to disconnect the fan from the ESC before driving in wet conditions and allow it to dry fully before reconnecting the fan power. Lubricate exposed metal drivetrain parts such as bearings, outdrives and diff shafts before driving in wet conditions. Motors are not intended for submerged use and may be damaged if used when under water. After driving in wet conditions, make sure to rinse off dirt and any corrosive liquids like saltwater with plain water and re-lubricate metal drivetrain parts.
