Academy 13528 1/35 German Panzer Ausf.H ?Ver.Late?
The German Panzerkampfwagon IV was one of the most numerous of all armored vehicles that were developed and delivered for Hitler from 1936 until 1945. The models ranged from the short barreled 7.5 cm 40 KwK L/24 to the more austere Ausf J which was armed with a 7.5cm KwK 40 L/48 cannon. Weighing in at a nominal 25 tons, the vehicle was quite deadly from a range that was greater than the M4A1 75mm Sherman. Of all the Panzer IV variants which numbered 8, 569 total in the chassis production run, approximately 2,324 were "H" models that were produced from June-1943 until February-1944. The last variant, which this model can also be constructed to represent is the Ausf J, which ended the line with production lasting until the end of the war in April-1945.
